El Pasubat!

I'm currently on a very short vacation with family here in Taal, Mom's hometown :)

Fortunately, the town is celebrating their El Pasubat Festival!!! Hoorayyy for festivals! HAHA

Buuut, unfortunately, we did not get the chance to see the float parade. HUHU

Sooo, when we arrived in Taal, the first thing I did is to catch some sleep HAHAHA

Zzzzz...

I woke up around 3PM, took a bath, ate my very late lunch, drank a glass of coke and left the house with family to go to the plaza and to the Taal Basilica :)

Here's what happened next. Let the pictures do the talking mehehe!

El Pasubat. Heritage Town Taal. St. Martin of Tours Basilica. Free entrance to museums. Street foods.

I'm excited for tomorrow!
We will go to Taal Basilica's bell toweeer! :))

MALAYSIA TRIP 2012: Day 3 :)

OM! I've been super busy lately huhu
Anywaaay! I'm baaack!

HELLO DAY 3 in KL! :))

Here's the status of my ringgit as of Day 3 :)
Beginning balance for this day is RM 464.00 :)

Originally, we had a looong list of places to visit for Day 3 but since we felt so tiiired from our Genting Trip and we're too excited to gooo shopping, what was left in our itinerary for this day are Batu Caves and Malls :))

We're up early :) Hooray! HAHA
Ate our breakfast, left the hotel - teksi to Batu Caves since we're too lazy to walk and ride the train :))

WELCOME TOOO BATU CAAAVES! :))

We're wearing kinda decent clothes HAHA NO SHORTS!!! :))

Stop over HAHAHAHAHA

Hello Heights! HAHAHA

Monkeeeysss!

Inside the caaave!

We did not bother to go further inside the cave since there are plenty of people and we're too exhausted alreadyyy HAHAHA

Since we really got too exhausted from Batu Caves, we decided to leave. Sooo we walked and walked and walked until we saw a 7eleven stooore! Time for ice cream!!! The weather that day was terribly hooot!

This one's Jenny's ice cream :))
HAHA PAPARAZZI SHOT c/o Jenny :))

I think it was around 11am when we got back in our hotel :))
Rest first and change outfit for meee :))

Good thiiing we had our gadgets with usss! :) We're connected to our loved onesss LOL
Jenny's too busy browsing her FB HAHA

It's LUUUNCH TIIIME! HOOORAAAY! :))
Street foods for lunch :) This place is like a 3-minute walk from our hotel :))
YUMMY ASADO AND NOODLES for LUUUNCH :D

We are the Streetfooders! HAHAHA

After we had our lunch, we went to Sungei Wang to shop sooome baaags :)) aaand other girly stuffs :))
I'm telling youuu, the bags in Sungei Wang are really nice and cheap!
I bought a duffel bag and 2 satchel-like baaags :))

Jenny and I took a nap after shopping while Anne and Joann went nonstop mall hopping :))

We left the hotel around 6pm for night market at Chinatown (Petaling Street) and Central Market

We had our dinner at Petaling Street :) Thai dinner for a change :))

I sooo looove they're rice meeeals! SWEAR!!!

We actually did not buy anything in Petaling Street since it's like our Divisoria here in Manila. We just ate there and proceeded to the Central Market which is like a 5-minute walk away from Petaling Street.

All the native Malaysian goods can be found here :)) from food to clothes to accessories and other stuffsss :))

To end this post, here's Jenny with her travel bag :))
Her big dilemma that night was how all the stuffs that she shopped will fit her travel baaag :))
